The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage suitable for apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, ideal for securing residents' personal items in multi-family building common storage areas while eliminating clutter and maintaining proper aisle space. Constructed entirely of steel, the locker is designed for easy installation and maximum security and strength. It features ventilated doors made from 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal on both doors and sides, heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for reinforcement, welded brace doors with heavy duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges, a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately), and an ergonomic door pull. There is a 13" transom above the doors to provide additional overhead space, and a 22 gauge steel shelf separates two locker compartments. The locker comes with a silver powder coat finish and can be wall mounted without requiring a back panel (mounting hardware not included). Add-on lockers can be attached to starter lockers or other add-ons to form aisles or rows of multiple lockers connected side-by-side or back-to-back. The product carries a 2 year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
