The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage for facilities such as apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, offering an ideal solution for securing residents' personal items in multi-family building common storage areas while eliminating clutter and allowing proper aisle space. Constructed entirely of steel, the locker ensures easy installation along with maximum security and strength. It is ventilated to allow light, air, and sprinkler penetration, and is made using 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, with heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for extra reinforcement. The doors feature a welded brace and heavy duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for added strength, a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately), and an ergonomic door pull for security. A 13" transom above the doors provides added overhead space. The locker compartments are separated by a 22 gauge steel shelf, and the unit is finished with a silver powder coat. The locker is designed for easy wall mounting to eliminate the need for a locker back panel, though hardware is not included. This product comes with a 2 year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
