The kit includes single and double tier lockers designed for secure, reliable, and quiet use. The right-hand butt hinge is recessed into the doorframe to prevent the hinge pin from being forced out or tampered with. All door openings feature mortise and tenon construction with spot welding for rigidity, while the continuous door strike ensures secure closure with padded strikes to dampen closing noise. The single and double tier models have recessed handles that provide a smooth, catch-free front and protect padlocks from tampering. Latching channels include nylon glides to reduce sound during opening and closing, and the single tier lockers have 3-point latching at the top, bottom, and sides. Legs add 6 inches to the height, and it is recommended to anchor the lockers to the floor and/or wall for safety. The finish is powder coat for durability.
