The kit includes a double tier locker featuring a right-hand butt hinge recessed into the doorframe to prevent the hinge pin from being forced out or tampered with. All door openings utilize mortise and tenon construction with spot welding for added rigidity, and a continuous door strike ensures secure closure while the strike padding dampens closing noise. The recessed handle offers a smooth, catch-free front and protects padlocks from tampering. Latching channels are equipped with nylon glides to reduce sound during opening or closing. This double tier locker includes 2-point latching at the top and bottom, and the legs add 6 inches to the overall height. It is recommended to anchor the lockers to the floor and/or wall for safety.
