Mesa's MH Series residential and hotel safes are specially designed for personal in-room use, making them an ideal choice for hotels, universities, hospitals, and homeowners. This series includes two models: MH101E and MHRC916E. Each safe features a battery-operated electronic lock with a standard hotel function, allowing users to enter any code to lock the safe and re-enter it to unlock, after which the code is erased for security. An electronic override can be set by the user, and mechanical override keys are available to bypass the electronic lock if the batteries expire. The safes come equipped with anchor holes for securing to walls or floors, two 3/4" diameter solid steel locking bolts, and a pry-resistant recessed door for anti-theft protection. Concealed hinges prevent door removal and ensure long-lasting smooth operation. Additionally, the keypad will enter a lockout penalty if incorrect combinations are entered multiple times.
