The economy trailer stabilizing jack stand TJ70 has a static capacity of 50,000 lb. and a lifting capacity of 5,000 lb. It is designed to prevent semi-trailers from upending when not connected to a tractor during loading and unloading operations, as well as to level trailers on sloped ground and prevent landing gear from sinking into soft surfaces. The jack meets OSHA requirement 1910.178(k)(3), which mandates fixed jacks for supporting semi-trailers during loading or unloading when uncoupled from a tractor. It features twin handles for fast, easy height adjustment between 44" and 51", a 5" x 5" top plate, and a 14" diameter base plate for enhanced stability. The stand also includes a convenient carrying handle.
