The Rubbermaid® Ranger® plastic trash can is a waste receptacle designed for outdoor use, constructed from highly durable high density polyethylene that is structural foam molded to withstand extreme weather and handling. The material is UV stabilized for long life, making it suitable for fast food restaurants, municipal parks, playgrounds, stadiums, and other heavy use applications. The trash can features a hinged, permanently attached top that opens easily for emptying and remains secured to the container, and includes a pedestal base ring for added stability and security. This model has two hinged door openings and meets Factory Mutual (FM) and California State Fire Marshal (CSFM) approvals for fire safety.
