The Nestaflex® portable flexible conveyor is a versatile and expandable portable gravity conveyor designed for shipping, receiving, assembly, and packaging stations. It reduces to 25% of its expanded length for compact storage, while the self-tracking skate wheel conveyor ensures smooth movement of multi-size materials. The conveyor features steel skate wheels equipped with 8 steel ball bearings in a captive race, with 5-1/4" axle centers supporting a minimum package size of 11". Constructed with zinc plated 12 gauge steel legs and 5/16" diameter steel axles, the system includes a box stop and 2 hook couplers. Telescopic legs can be adjusted from 28" to 44" high for versatility, and it is equipped with 5" x 1-1/2" swivel casters, featuring brakes on the end legs for easy transport. Notably, all units are designed to bend around a 12" radius. The conveyor comes with an 18 month limited warranty.
