The DPL series of photoluminescent exit signage provides exit compliance with UL listed legible viewing distances of 50', 75', and 100'. These signs are designed to absorb and store ambient light from various light sources, including normal daylight, fluorescent, mercury vapor, metal halide, and LED lights, ensuring emergency illumination for a minimum of 90 minutes during power loss. To maintain the charge, the signs require a continuous minimum of 5 footcandles. Notably, the DPL photoluminescent exit signs do not need AC or electrical power and feature a remarkable 25-year lifecycle.
