It is suitable for cutting light to heavy-duty materials such as cardboard, packaging, film, bagged goods, trimmings, shrink wrap, strapping, and tape. Key features include a spring-activated, self-retracting blade, a high-impact ABS handle, and a textured blade slide with a thumb-stop for precise control. The heavy-gauge stainless steel channel provides a secure blade hold, while a lanyard hole allows for tethering. The knife comes preloaded with an SKB-2 safety blade and accepts SKB-2, SKB-2S, RSKB, and HOB safety blades, with a cutting depth of up to 0.75 inches (19 mm).
