The 54" wide and 20" deep Pro Maintenance Cabinet, combined with a 10-drawer top chest, is designed for environments that require cleanliness and corrosion and chemical resistance. This versatile storage solution features multiple drawer depth and width combinations, accommodating the most demanding tool and part storage needs. It includes a gas-strut-assisted top lid with a full-width tool tray, a vinyl top liner, and non-slip drawer liners as standard. Constructed from US-made 304 series brushed stainless steel, the cabinet boasts full extension ball-bearing slides with drawer capacities of 100 lb. and 200 lb. It has full-width and deep drawers offering a cubic capacity of approximately 65,000 cubic inches, recessed drawer handles to prevent catching and snagging, and an ergonomic, heavy-duty handle for easy transportation. A heavy-duty key with a tubular locking system secures valuable tools, while the locking top chest lid features gas strut assistance and an automatic drawer lock/unlock mechanism when the lid is opened or closed. The maintenance cart base is equipped with 6" x 2" phenolic casters that provide a load capacity of 4,800 lbs., and the heavy-gauge body and drawer construction meet industrial requirements. This product comes with a limited lifetime warranty protecting against defects.
