This 54" wide, 20" deep, 11-drawer Pro Maintenance Cabinet combined with a 10-drawer top chest is designed for environments that require cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. The kit includes various drawer depth and width combinations to cater to demanding tool and part storage needs, featuring a gas-strut assisted top lid with a full width tool tray, a vinyl top liner, and non-slip drawer liners as standard. It is constructed from US-made, 304 series brushed stainless steel for the housing, drawers, and all internal sheet metal. The cabinet features full extension ball-bearing slides that provide a 100 lb. and 200 lb. drawer capacity, along with full width and deep drawers for extensive tool storage, offering a cubic capacity of approximately 65,000 cubic inches. The recessed drawer handles prevent catching and snagging, while an ergonomic, heavy-duty handle facilitates transportation. A heavy-duty key with a tubular locking system secures valuable tools, and the locking top chest lid includes a gas strut with auto drawer lock/unlock functionality when the lid is closed or opened. The cabinet is equipped with 6" x 2" phenolic casters and frames that support a load capacity of 4,800 lbs.
