The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment in 1" increments. The steel framing is roll-formed for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. The package provides a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
