The SC Preferred 3-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter unit with no decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable construction suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for customizable configurations. The unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It has sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports to help prevent beams from rotating under full load. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks the perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint and eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The dimensions and options include various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility space. Decking is sold separately. The product meets applicable certifications and compliance standards and comes with a manufacturer warranty.
