The Shop Top bench top safety edge is 1-3/4" thick and features clear lumber edge bands faced on two sides with 3/8" thick super hard 62 lb. high-density particleboard sealed with a catalyzed finish for liquid resistance. It has a super strong MDF core that protects against static build-up and resists warping or splitting.
