The Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) storage building features a 6 drum sump capacity and is specifically designed for the outdoor storage of 55-gallon drums containing flammable or combustible liquids. Constructed from double-walled galvannealed steel, these buildings incorporate 3 inches of insulated air space for enhanced strength and safety. They have been tested for tornado resistance, enduring F-4 tornado force winds of 250 MPH. The outer wall is crafted from all-welded 16 or 12 gauge steel, while the inner wall is made of 20 gauge steel. This storage building includes a 12 gauge welded steel, liquid-tight sump, removable galvanized steel grating, and safety floor planking, along with convection vents throughout for proper ventilation. Optional 22 gauge explosion relief panels are protected by expanded steel. The base is fitted with 12 gauge galvanized steel forklift channels for easy transportation. The unit comes with NFR warning labels, ratings, and instructions, and is finished with chemical, corrosion, and UV resistant paint. It meets NFPA Code 30 and complies with OSHA and EPA regulations, holding FM and UL approvals. The building is backed by a 15-year limited warranty.
