The Bare Ground Mag Plus Battery Powered Liquid Ice Melt Sprayer (model BGPS-1) is designed for efficient ice melt application, capable of reducing snow and ice accumulations by up to 2 to 3 inches when used at the onset of a storm. This sprayer creates a non-stick surface that prevents ice and snow from adhering for 10 to 14 days. For existing ice patches, it allows for the application of ice melt in a thick stream to effectively melt through. The system features quick and efficient automatic spraying and operates on 4 x D cell batteries (batteries not included), eliminating the need for pumping, pulling, priming, or waiting. The kit includes an extendable telescopic wand, an adjustable nozzle, and one gallon of liquid ice melt solution, which comprises 90% magnesium chloride and 10% corn-derived inhibitor. Each order comes complete with the sprayer and a gallon of ice melt in one box.
