The drop-in gravity flow roller tracks are designed to roll onto standard pallet rack step beams and require no tools or hardware for assembly, facilitating efficient loading and picking while ensuring proper stock rotation. The system features 2" diameter aluminum rollers mounted on galvanized steel tracks, which are spaced on 2" centers. End stops are included to retain contents securely, and label holders are provided at both ends for easy identification. The load capacity of the tracks is 50 lbs./ft., and they add 15/16" to the height of the step beam, making them a practical solution for optimizing storage and inventory management.
