The Boltless Sloped Flow Racks 48"W Starter Unit is designed for efficient stock picking using a first-in-first-out approach, maximizing space utilization. This unit features a boltless construction that assembles easily with a rubber mallet, allowing open access on all sides. The 48"W starter unit includes four 11-gauge steel uprights and can be expanded with an additional add-on unit. It is equipped with sloped shelves boasting 2"H side and 1/2"H front flanges to retain contents, with a capacity of 500 lb. per level. Heavy gauge shelf supports are attached using double rivets. All models feature 5 levels, a canopy top, and front-to-back supports at both the top and bottom, with an overall height of 84"H. Additionally, the unit has a scratch-resistant baked enamel finish and all Tennsco products are proudly made in the USA.
