The Boltless Sloped Flow Racks 36"W add-on unit is designed to provide efficient first-in-first-out stock picking while optimizing space utilization. This unit features a boltless construction that assembles easily with just a rubber mallet, offering open access on all sides. It includes two 11 gauge steel uprights and serves as an expansion for starter units. The sloped shelves come with 2"H side flanges and 1/2"H front flanges to securely retain contents, boasting a 500 lb. per level capacity. Heavy gauge shelf supports are attached using double rivets, and the unit consists of 5 levels, a canopy top, and front-to-back supports at both the top and bottom. With an overall height of 84"H, the unit is finished with a scratch-resistant baked enamel. Additionally, all Tennsco products are manufactured in the USA.
