The oscillating portable misting fans feature four misting nozzles, each providing 0.5 GPH with independent control to maintain the desired cooling level. The lightweight tubular aluminum frame is equipped with 8" tires for easy transport. When not in use, the swamp cooler fans fold down to dimensions of 33"H x 39"D for convenient storage. The kit includes a 22-gallon water tank, which allows for 5-8 hours of cooling. With high velocity and volume airflow, and misting, these fans can achieve a temperature drop of up to 20°F, while the moving air provides a wind chill effect of 30°F. The units are powered by a direct drive 1/4 HP motor and a 0.06 amp pump, both sealed for longevity. Users can choose between fixed or oscillating fan operation. The swamp air coolers are equipped with GFCI and thermal overload protection and include a 10' cord with a 2.8 amp rating. The fan is UL507/ULC listed and the pump is UL/ULC recognized, operating at 115V. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Horsepower rating is based on maximum speed/load.
