It includes two 8' x 18" dia. air ducts, two ceiling replacement tiles, and metal straps that secure the ducts in position. The air deflectors on the ceiling tile assist in directing airflow for ventilation. The unit has an assembled BTU cooling capacity of 60,000, with a CFM high of 3,800 and a CFM low of 2,000.
