The SC Preferred™ shock-absorbing pallet rack guard measures 18"H x 8"W and is designed to protect warehouse racking from damage caused by pallet jacks, forklifts, and other vehicles. It is constructed from durable steel with a rubber base that anchors directly into concrete for impact protection. The innovative design reduces impact energy and can safely stop up to 10,000 lbs. at 4 mph. This bolt-on, floor-mounted protector fits 4"W rack posts and is suitable for use in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities with various rack configurations. It must be mounted at least 7/8" away from the pallet rack to keep floors intact and free of damage. The bright yellow finish enhances visibility for vehicle operators, and 5/8" bolts are sold separately. An alternative size of 12"H x 8"W is also available (model 670364).
