The BSC Preferred 3x5 drainage mat features a 1/2'' thickness, designed to maintain high traction and protect floor foundations from liquids in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Constructed from lightweight and flexible SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), this slip-resistant mat offers strong resistance to water and abrasion, making it suitable for use in workshops, kitchens, warehouses, and various other work environments. The mat's adequate thickness provides comfortable support, featuring a non-reversible design with a grit surface. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty. For cleaning, recommended agents include detergent and mild soap with a pH between 5-9, and care must be taken not to fold or bend the mats. The product is not designed for use with machine washers, steamers, dishwashers, bleach, chlorine, caustic chemicals, or mechanical scrubber brushes. If using a power washer, cleaning should be limited to no more than once a week, with pressure kept below 500 PSI and water temperature below 160°F.
