The BSC Preferred 3x10 drainage mat, with a thickness of 1/2", is designed for both indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a safe, high-traction surface while protecting floor foundations from liquids. Made from SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), this lightweight and flexible mat offers strong resistance to water and abrasion. Its non-reversible, grit surface ensures slip resistance, and the adequate thickness provides comfortable support. The product includes a 1-year limited warranty. For cleaning, it is recommended to use detergent and mild soap with a pH between 5-9, while avoiding folding or bending the mats. The mat is not designed for machine washers, steamers, dishwashers, bleach, chlorine, caustic chemicals, or mechanical scrubber brushes. If a power washer is used, cleaning should be limited to no more than once a week, kept below 500 PSI, and hot water should not exceed 160°F.
