The SC Preferred® steel shop stool features a durable 18-gauge steel tubing frame welded to a 14" diameter round hardboard seat pan with riveted Masonite seats that resist warping, chipping, or cracking for long-lasting use. The stools have footrest rings securely bonded to each leg at four spotwell contact points, adjustable legs that raise or lower in 1" increments up to 8 inches, providing a height range from 25" to 33" H. Each pack includes 2 stools with self-leveling glides installed that can be removed for leg adjustment. Replacement glides are available separately in a pack of 100 (part # GL2). The stools are suitable for settings like art rooms, science labs, home economics, and shop classrooms, offering heavy-duty reliability.
