The Contrx heavy-duty floor mounted jib crane has a capacity of 2000 lb, an under beam height of 14 feet, and a span of 12 feet. This jib crane is specifically designed for industrial use, constructed to provide years of trouble-free service. It features a mounting system where the column assembly is bolted to a pre-poured concrete foundation using embedded anchor bolts, allowing for 360-degree rotation of the boom. The boom is made from a steel I-beam and includes removable end stops. The jib crane head section houses a machined lower roller carriage with heavy steel side plates, and the lower roller carriage is mounted on adjustable tension bolts for field adjustments. The support column is constructed of steel pipe with a heavy base plate and reinforcing gussets. The jib crane is designed for indoor use but can be custom-modified for various outdoor applications.
