The Contrx heavy-duty floor-mounted jib crane features a 2000 lb. capacity, 10' under beam height, and an 18' span, designed for industrial use to provide years of trouble-free service. The jib crane column assembly is bolted to a pre-poured concrete foundation with embedded anchor bolts, enabling 360-degree rotation of the boom. The boom is fabricated from a steel I-beam and includes removable end stops. The jib crane head section houses a machined lower roller carriage with heavy steel side plates, and the lower roller carriage is mounted on adjustable tension bolts for field adjustments. The support column is constructed of steel pipe with a heavy base plate and reinforcing gussets. Designed primarily for indoor use, the jib can be custom-modified for most outdoor applications.
