The Heavy-duty, electrically insulated extensions for Utility AirSpade 4000 are designed to provide extended reach capability for hard-to-reach locations. The kit is constructed with a high-pressure rated, insulated inner air hose surrounded by a non-conductive, rigid fiberglass outer tube. The inner air hose is rated to 75kV per ft. for 5 minutes in accordance with SAE 100R7, while the outer fiberglass tube is rated to 100kV per ft. for 5 minutes as per ASTM F711. The extensions feature non-sparking brass connection hardware, compatible with all AirSpade 4000 components and accessories, and include a dual female threaded, non-sparking brass coupler. Key features include a non-conductive fiberglass outer tube with an insulated inner air hose, non-sparking brass sleeves and threads, knurled surfaces for superior grip to ensure secure connections, and dual male threaded connections for versatility.
