The kit includes a fixed ladder designed for easy access to roofs, mezzanines, or loading docks, featuring rungs that are 18" wide and 3/4" in diameter, spaced 12" apart, and constructed from solid steel. The side rails are made of sturdy 2-1/2" x 3/8" flat steel, complemented by 7" stand-off brackets. This new and improved design allows for the ladders to be shipped boxed rather than fully welded, resulting in freight savings. The walk-through ladders feature 44"H handrails that comply with strict Cal OSHA regulations at the top for safe access and exit, making them particularly suitable for rooftop installations. Fixed access ladders are also available with optional guards.
