The access ladder kit is designed for optimal safety and functionality, providing easy access to roofs, mezzanines, or loading docks. The rungs measure 18" wide x 3/4" diameter and are made of solid steel, spaced 12" apart, ensuring a sturdy climbing experience. The ladder features robust 2-1/2" x 3/8" flat steel side rails and 7" stand-off brackets for secure mounting. The new and improved design allows fixed ladders to be shipped boxed rather than fully welded, offering freight savings. Additionally, walk-through ladders come equipped with 44"H handrails that comply with stringent Cal OSHA regulations at the top for safe access and exit; these are particularly suited for rooftop installations. Optional guards for fixed access ladders are available upon request, providing further safety enhancements.
