Eagle's 96 gallon manual close paint and ink safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents equipped with threaded fittings, fire baffle, and cap. The cabinet has a lead-free, high-gloss baked-on powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, grounding attachment, and a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system with a flush-mounted door handle and key lock. The doors have continuous piano hinges, are self-latching, and open manually up to 180 degrees. The 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill directs spills to the leakproof sump. Inside, adjustable galvanized steel shelves are set on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, supported by four brackets, and can hold a uniform distributed load of 350 lbs (159 kg). The cabinet includes four adjustable galvanized leveling legs and features both internal and external welded construction. The internal dimensions are 30.75"W x 30.34"D x 60.5"H. This FM-approved cabinet meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements. Users should note that some state and municipal regulations may require self-closing doors.
