Eagle's 30 gallon sliding self-close flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded vents with fire baffles and caps. The cabinet has a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder finish with red trilingual warning labels, a grounding attachment, and a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system with flush-mounted door handle and key lock. Designed with continuous piano hinges, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill, its patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves are supported by four brackets spaced on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers and hold a 350 lbs (158.8 kg) uniform distributed load, directing spills to the back and bottom leakproof sump. The cabinet features internal and external welded construction, self-latching, self-closing doors that open to 90° with a concealed self-close mechanism for unobstructed access to the top shelf, and self-indexing doors that ensure sequential closing and a tight seal from top to bottom. It meets FM approval, NFPA Code 30, and OSHA requirements. Internal dimensions are 39.5"W x 14.562"D x 39.5"H. The cabinet comes with a warranty covering workmanship and materials.
