Eagle's 30 gallon, manual close flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded fittings vents with fire baffle and cap, a high-gloss, lead-free, baked-on powder coat finish in red with trilingual warning labels, grounding attachment, and a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system with flush-mounted door handle and key lock. The cabinet has self-latching, manual close doors that open 180 degrees and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Inside, there are patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves supported on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers by four brackets, each capable of safely supporting a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniformly distributed load, directing spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump. The internal and external welded construction is complemented by continuous piano hinges, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, and an internal dimension of 39.5"W x 14.562"D x 39.5"H. The cabinet is FM-approved and meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements. Note that some jurisdictions may require self-closing doors, whereas this cabinet features manual closing doors, so local ordinances should be reviewed prior to purchase.
