Cantilever arms are essential components of the rack system, and the proper selection is crucial for a successful storage plan. These arms are available in two styles: straight arms, which are typically used for storing stable loads such as lumber, steel sheets, cartons, and skids, and inclined arms, designed for cylindrical objects or loads that tend to roll forward. The arms can be adjusted on 3" centers along the upright and come in lengths of up to 60", accommodating a range of capacities. Features include a hair pin keeper that allows for instant adjustability, which is easily inserted and removed for quick adjustments of arm height. The inclined arms have a pitch of 20°, equating to approximately 4.36" per foot. The standard color for these arms is gray, and they are manufactured in the USA. It is important to note that these arms are only compatible with BSC Preferred 2000 Series cantilever racks.
