The kit includes structural plastic shelving components featuring a 66" x 24" vented shelf made from high-density black structural polyethylene plastic, which is ideal for freezers and is impervious to oils, salts, acids, and most chemicals. The shelves are virtually maintenance-free and steam cleanable, with a strong thickness of 2-5/8". The vented design allows liquids to flow through, promotes air circulation, and prevents dust build-up. The assembly process is quick and easy, requiring no tools.
