WireCrafters - RackBack® wire mesh pallet rack enclosures are constructed using 10 gauge wire welded in a 2" x 2" square mesh and integrated into a 13 gauge rolled formed angle frame. The panels and doors feature end panels that are attached to the pallet rack end using flush mount angle clips, while panels designed to separate multiple bays come with a flat frame for attachment using self-tapping screws. Back panels are secured directly to the rack with angle clips. WireCrafters provides three different mounting clips, allowing an offset from flush mount (or no offset) up to 6". These offset clips, which come in lengths up to 6" long, enable the mounting of panels between back-to-back rows of pallet racks, ensuring both stable overhang for pallet loads and enhanced inventory security and safety for workers.
