The Wirecrafters RackBack® wire mesh pallet rack enclosures feature panels and doors constructed from 10 gauge wire welded in a 2" x 2" square mesh, framed with 13 gauge rolled formed angle. The enclosure includes end panels that attach to the pallet rack ends with flush mount angle clips, while flat frame end panels allow for attachment with self-tapping screws to separate multiple bays. Back panels are fixed to the rack using angle clips. This system includes three types of mounting clips providing offsets ranging from flush mount up to 6", which allows pallet loads to overhang while ensuring inventory security and worker safety. The offset clips can be up to 6" long, enabling installation between back-to-back rows of pallet racks to create a robust wall for two rows simultaneously. The design incorporates oversized 12' door widths with separate posts for floor anchoring, enhancing stability and access.
