It is specifically designed for applications that require maximum capacities, with each shelf capable of holding up to 3000 pounds. The shelves are constructed with a robust 14 gauge, 2" deep channel formed on all sides, while the formed angle uprights measure 2" x 2" and are made from 13 gauge steel, punched on 1" centers to allow for quick and easy shelf adjustments. Additionally, each shelf is equipped with an extra channel formed stiffener welded to its underside to prevent flexing under heavy loads. The tough powder coat finish enhances durability and extends the life of the shelving system.
