The Steel King® SK3000® structural channel pallet rack features a 3"H x 72"L channel beam, available as a pair (model CB7XL300072BP52-30YW-2). Each beam is constructed from high-strength steel with a minimum tensile strength of 50,000 P.S.I. The beams are designed as one-piece components that are continuously welded and seamless, offering enhanced durability. The system includes 2" of adjustability, which facilitates better space utilization. Each beam is secured with two bolts, providing 57% more strength than a single-bolt design, while heavy 7-gauge wrap-around connector plates enhance stability by ensuring a tighter connection. The use of Grade 5 hardware contributes to greater shear strength. This pallet rack system is compatible with Steel King SK3000 uprights, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
