The Steel King® SK3000® structural channel pallet rack features a 4"H x 96"L channel beam, sold as a pair with the model number CB7XH400096BP52-40YW-2. Each beam is constructed from high-strength steel with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 P.S.I. The beams are designed as a one-piece, continuously welded, and seamless structure, allowing for 2" adjustability to optimize space utilization. The design includes two bolts per beam, which provide 57% more strength compared to a single-bolt design. Heavy-duty 7-gauge wrap-around connector plates ensure tight connections and improved squareness of the rack, while grade 5 hardware enhances shear strength.
