The Steel King® SK3000® Structural Channel Pallet Rack features a pair of 4"H x 120"L channel beams, designated as model CB7XH400120BP52-40YW-2PK, constructed from high-strength steel with a minimum tensile strength of 50,000 P.S.I. These beams are designed as one piece, continuously welded, and seamless, ensuring durability and reliability. They offer 2" of vertical adjustability, enhancing space utilization within storage environments. The beams are equipped with two bolts per beam, providing 57% more strength than traditional single-bolt designs, while heavy 7-gauge wrap-around connector plates contribute to squaring the rack for a tighter connection. Additionally, grade 5 hardware is utilized to ensure greater shear strength. This system is specifically engineered to be used with Steel King SK3000 uprights.
