It features radial cut designed corners that ensure a secure fit on shelves of all sizes. The decks are coated with a smooth, semi-gloss "Varnique" finish, making them suitable for general food preparation while requiring low maintenance; they can be easily cleaned with mild soap and warm water. The Varnique finish is highly resistant to water spotting and staining. These decks are made in the USA from high-quality hardwood material.
