The Metromax 4 is a 24"W x 24"D x 54"H stationary unit designed as an all polymer corrosion-proof shelving system featuring removable open grid or solid shelf mat sections. It incorporates built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection in its shelf mats, beams, and posts, ensuring enhanced hygiene. The unit boasts circumferential capture of corner posts, providing superior stability, performance, and structural integrity. With a rigid construction, it delivers a maximum capacity of 2000 lbs. (907 kg) when evenly distributed. For mobile units, the combination of a Metromax I bottom shelf and Metromax 4 upper shelves, along with posts and casters, allows for transporting a maximum total unit load of 600 lbs. (272 kg) evenly distributed. The assembly process is straightforward; preassembled shelves mount on four one-piece wedges along numbered posts and can be adjusted in 1" (25 mm) increments. Both shelves and polymer posts are covered by a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion, and the unit is NSF listed for all environments.
