The Metromax 4 is a 30" W x 24" D x 54" H stationary shelving unit designed with an all polymer corrosion-proof construction. It features removable open grid or solid shelf mat sections, with all components including shelf mats, beams, and posts equipped with built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection. The design ensures superior stability, performance, and structural integrity through circumferential capture of corner posts. The stationary unit has a maximum capacity of 2000 lbs. (907 kg) when load is evenly distributed, while the mobile units are composed of a Metromax I bottom shelf and Metromax 4 upper shelves, combined with posts and casters, capable of transporting a maximum load of 600 lbs. (272 kg) evenly distributed. Assembly is straightforward, with preassembled shelves mounting on four one-piece wedges along numbered posts adjustable at 1" (25 mm) increments. Both shelves and polymer posts come with a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion, and the unit is NSF listed for all environments.
