The Metromax 4 stationary unit measures 36"W x 24"D x 54"H and features an all polymer corrosion-proof shelving system with removable open grid or solid shelf mat sections. Each shelf mat, beam, and post is equipped with built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection, ensuring enhanced hygiene. The circumferential capture of corner posts provides superior stability, performance, and structural integrity, while the rigid construction supports a maximum capacity of 2000 lbs. (907 kg) when evenly distributed. For mobile units, the design combines a Metromax I bottom shelf with Metromax 4 upper shelves, posts, and casters, enabling a maximum total unit load of 600 lbs. (272 kg) when evenly distributed. The assembly process is straightforward, with preassembled shelves mounting on four one-piece wedges along numbered posts and adjustable in 1" (25 mm) increments. Additionally, shelves and polymer posts come with a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion, and the unit is NSF listed for all environments.
