Metromax 4 is an all polymer corrosion proof shelving system featuring removable open grid or solid shelf mat sections. The kit includes shelf mats, beams, and posts, all of which are equipped with built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection. Each shelf boasts circumferential capture of corner posts to ensure superior stability, performance, and structural integrity. The rigid construction supports stationary units with a maximum capacity of 2000 lbs. (907 kg) when evenly distributed. For mobility, units consist of a Metromax I bottom shelf paired with Metromax 4 upper shelves, along with posts and casters, allowing carts to transport a maximum total unit load of 600 lbs. (272 kg) evenly distributed. Assembly is straightforward, as preassembled shelves mount on four one-piece wedges along numbered posts, adjustable in 1" (25 mm) increments. Additionally, shelves and polymer posts come with a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion, and the system is NSF listed for all environments.
