Metromax 4 is an all polymer corrosion proof shelving system featuring removable open grid or solid shelf mat sections, with built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection on shelf mats, beams, and posts. The design includes circumferential capture of corner posts, ensuring superior stability, performance, and structural integrity. The rigid construction provides stationary units with a maximum capacity of 2000 lbs. (907 kg) evenly distributed. For mobile units, Metromax I bottom shelves are combined with Metromax 4 upper shelves, posts, and casters, enabling the transport of a maximum total unit load of 600 lbs. (272 kg) evenly distributed. Units are designed for easy assembly, as preassembled shelves mount on four one-piece wedges along numbered posts and can be adjusted in 1" (25 mm) increments. Shelves and polymer posts are covered by a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion, and the system is NSF listed for all environments.
