The Fendall® Porta Stream I Eyewash Station is a 6-gallon unit designed to deliver 6 minutes of uninterrupted, hands-free flushing without the need for plumbing, making it completely portable. It initiates gravity-fed flow immediately upon removal of the nozzle pull strap. The station can be easily installed with no plumbing required and can be mounted near workplace hazards using a single bracket mounting device, or it can be transported with an optional universal cart or stand. It features a molded handle that allows for vertical or horizontal surface installation. The kit includes either 70 oz. (2.07L) of Eyesaline concentrate, which when mixed with tap water, provides 6 gallons (22.7L) of buffered Eyesaline solution, or an 8 oz. water additive that yields enough for 14-16 gallons of water. The nozzle strap is designed for easy removal, enabling hands-free operation to hold eyelids open. With low maintenance required due to its one-piece, molded construction and absence of moving parts, it features a large fill hole for simplified refilling and cleaning. Operating instructions are clearly visible on the unit, ensuring ease of use. The Eyesaline concentrate requires a 6-month maintenance cycle, while the water additive requires a 4-month maintenance cycle. It is important to note that this unit does not meet the current ANSI Z358.1 15-minute flushing requirement. The product is made in the USA.
