The ladder comes with 42" high handrails for added support and security. The locking mechanism operates by stepping on the bottom step to raise the casters, while the rubber feet grip the floor to prevent slipping. To move the ladder, simply depress the brake release. The ladder is finished with a powder coat that enhances durability and meets OSHA requirements.
